Midnight Bloom Delivery Policy

At Midnight Bloom, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timeframes, and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Yodel 
  • DPD
  • Evri 

We are working towards expanding our delivery options

Shipping costs will be worked out at the end of checkout 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international delivery. We're working on expanding and hope to ship worldwide soon!

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at midnightbloomuk@hotmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Midnight Bloom is not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

At Midnight Bloom, we take pride in creating beautiful stationery and bookmarks designed to bring joy to your everyday. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items or digital downloads

🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at midnightbloomuk@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, refund, or credit.
